FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN THE USA ON ORDERS OVER $100 FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY!

PLEASE NOTE. THE PARCEL POST SHIPPING ESTIMATE OF 4-7 DAYS IS ONLY ACCURATE IN THE LOWER 48 STATES. SHIPPING PARCEL POST TO HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, OR ANY OTHER NON 48 CAN TAKE AS LONG AS 3-5 WEEKS. WE SUGGEST USING PRIORITY MAIL IF YOU WANT THE ITEMS TO ARRIVE IN A TIMELY MANNER.

We normally ship using UPS or USPS. You can pick what will be the most cost effective. If you have a custom shipping method preferred please let us know.

International Shipments

We do ship internationally. We do not have the rates or information on customs or duties you may be charged by your local government. We are not responsible for your customs fee's or taxes you may be charged by your local government.

Please keep in mind that our organic air fresheners do not have a shelf life. They will never go bad. I suggest ordering in larger quantities to save you dollars on shipping. Our shipping rates are calculated automatically by either usps or ups. They may seem high for small orders but they will go up very little for larger orders. Also please note 12 cans fit in each individual case. If you call to place an order we have a minimum quantity of 12. At this time we do not have a minimum quantity for online orders. Thank you!

We are required by the state of Texas to charge sales tax on all orders shipped in Texas. If you have a tax number and plan to resale please contact us to remove the sales tax.

Order Cancellation Policy To cancel an order you have placed with Wholesale Vacuums, you must contact customer support by email (robbie@wholesalevacuums.com) or by phone (210-930-2985). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Out of Stock Policy Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “instock” when you place your order may, in fact, be outofstock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most outofstock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks.

Online Return & Exchange Policy Wholesale vacuums will issue a full refund for most items returned in new condition within 15 days of the shipment date. IMPORTANT: All returns to Wholesale Vacuums must include either the original receipt or a gift receipt. We are unable to exchange items. In order to exchange an item, we suggest returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you want. You will also receive a confirmation email once a credit has been issued to your credit card.
